Privacy Policy

TabCue is a browser productivity extension offered by IgniteX Solutions. This policy explains what information TabCue uses and why.

Information we use

Google sign-in information. If you choose “Continue with Google,” TabCue may receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information only to identify your TabCue account, keep you signed in, and support account-related features.

TabCue data. TabCue may store tab cues, custom tab names, reminder settings, saved workspaces, preferences, and similar product data needed to provide the features you choose to use. Core extension data is primarily stored in your browser. Some optional features may use Chrome Sync or a TabCue service when explicitly enabled.

Page content and AI features. TabCue does not automatically send the contents of every page you visit to a server. Features that read page content or use AI are initiated by you and are subject to the permissions and consent shown in the product.

How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain TabCue, authenticate users, sync or restore user-selected data where enabled, provide support, protect the service, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Google API Services User Data Policy

TabCue’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We do not share personal information with advertisers. We may use service providers only where necessary to operate TabCue, subject to appropriate safeguards, or disclose information when required by law.

Data retention and deletion

Local extension data remains in your browser until you remove it, reset TabCue, or uninstall the extension, subject to browser behavior. Account-linked server data, if applicable, is retained only as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of account-linked data by contacting us at the address below.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and product data. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

TabCue is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as TabCue evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
