Use of TabCue

You may use TabCue for lawful personal or business productivity purposes. You are responsible for your browser, accounts, content, and actions taken through TabCue.

Accounts

Some features may require a TabCue account or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed through it.

Acceptable use

You must not use TabCue to violate law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with services or systems, bypass security controls, or distribute malicious software.

Third-party services

TabCue may interact with third-party services such as Google Chrome, Google authentication, AI services, or payment providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Availability and changes

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to keep TabCue reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

TabCue is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that reminders, browser state, AI output, synchronization, or other features will always be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IgniteX Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of TabCue.

Termination

You may stop using TabCue at any time. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
